Andrew Vachss is promoting ANOTHER LIFE - the final book in his "Burke" series - with a special webcast event this Wednesday.
The event is designed as three, one-hour segments, with the first segment starting at 8:30 p.m. Eastern time; the second segment at 8:30 p.m. Central; and the third at 7:30 p.m. Western. But, of course, you can tune in at any time during the three-hour period, even go the distance if you're up for it.

I just can't stop talking about HIGHLANDER ORIGINS: THE KURGAN, or so it would seem. I spent a few minutes on the phone with the fine gentlemen from the Johnny Gigawatt and the Tiger Men From Mars podcast to promote the series. My continuity research apprentice Andrew Modeen sat in as well, and what followed was the joy of four people trying to talk over telephone connections of various strength and clarity...

IMMORTAL BATTLE W/HIGHLANDERS KURGAN

Brandon Jerwa has carved out quite a place for himself in the Highlander universe. The scribe has penned several tales featuring Connor MacLeod and clan. Now, he's teamed with uber fan Andrew Modeen to chronicle the history of the villainous Kurgan in Highlander Origins: The Kurgan, a two-part miniseries from Dynamite Entertainment. Jerwa told THE PULSE Kurgan is " ... all impulse, like Id gone wild. If he wants it, he takes it, and God help you if you get in his way."
